Amazing! I always find dragonfly in yin so easy even when my head touches the ground. In this class, dragonfly was a pleasant challenge for the first time thanks to your suggestion to put blocks under the heels :) Wow! What a deep release! Thank you so much Rachel.

Rachel, you're fantastic, as always. With each one of your classes, I learn tiny details about posture that make me improve with my practice. You are an excellent teacher. Hip opening is a long-run challenge, and I need both strengthening and stretching them. After this class, my hips were loose and flexible. Thanks a lot.
