Rachel's classes are amazing! She gives many variations/modifications for people to choose from based on where they are in this Yin Yoga Class. It was great for releasing the hips and connective fascial tissue. It released my inner thigh muscles as well better than other methods I have tried. Holding things for long enough is really key. I highly recommend this and all her classes!

I am not a beginner and still found this practice VERY intense! Almost too intense for a beginner, deeply nourishing, loved the pace and peace in Rachel's voice, but I would not recommend it for most beginners.
