Lovely practice. I enjoyed it very much. During the seated poses I changed my leg position with every pose, which added a lot of comfort for me.

FANTASTIC for tight upper arms and shoulder. I broke my upper arm (long ago!), but have always notice some tightness in my right arm/shoulder. This calm and deep exercises were very useful. I can feel the change. GRACIAS!

Just one comment, I had a hard time with my lower back all throught the sit sequence....Is there anything that can be done to release the tension in my lower back

I changed positions several times. crossing legs with the right on top, the left on top, then straight legs...
