Yin Yoga IS Slow it’s supposed to be.

Yin Yoga is slow. If you aren't familar with Yin Yoga I have a whole video on here where I break it down and how it's different than movement forms of of Yoga. Sometimes the challenge in Yoga is to give ourselves permission to slow down.

Wow! I always have a tight and tense neck/right shoulder situation, and I feel freer after this short practice than in a long time. Thank you Nyk! I also switched my legs up every 2-3 exercises.
