Sarah-Jane's choice of poses will help you do that in this 30-minute yin yoga class. I was pinned between 2 cars 4 years ago and although my injuries are healed, I have a difficult time with my lower back and my hips that I never had prior. Many of your Yin Yoga videos have really helped open me up, and this one is no exception. Thanks!!

I do at least 2 or 3 classes a week and usually they are more of a vinyasa. This was a great class to start off the week and open up the back! Thanks.
