If you have lower back tightness or pain, sometimes a gentle class where you hold the poses for longer periods of time can be the most effective way to find relief. Sarah-Jane's choice of poses will help you do that in this 30-minute yin yoga class. She helps you release many of the muscles that are commonly involved in lower back issues, and she helps you through it with specific guidance and knowledge of anatomy. I do at least 2 or 3 classes a week and usually they are more of a vinyasa. This was a great class to start off the week and open up the back! Thanks.

Thank you for the video! I hurt my lower back a few months ago and this was my first time back on the matt. Very safe feeling, I've been scared of hurting myself again, and this was just what I needed to get back on track, thanks again!

wow, staying still for 3 minutes is challenging for me, I will do this class again and again as I feel so much better. I too do lots of the intermediated classes but really need to do more of this Yin Yoga to relax my mind and body.
