This was my first practice after a long hiatus from yoga... My life has become more sedentary, and hip and back issues have been plaguing me. I was reminded of how these problems pretty much disappeared when I was regularly taking yoga classes, so I found this website and said "let's see..." It's crazy how doing so little can make you feel so much! and Pigeon on the first day... yikes! but I breathed through it and was able to finish feeling good. I'm back! and looking forward to healing in 2016

Wonderful class and welcome!
I am trying to balance my energy adding more Yin! After your class I realized how much I hold on to things and how scary surrender can be! But the reward and joy when I allowed myself to let go will keep me coming back!
Thank you for this a powerful lesson for me!
