This is a great class - the hour flew by. It is definitely challenging and a great way to get rid of all the emotional gunk and over use of those hip and hamstring muscles. Will definitely be part of my regular rotation.

Besides nearly dislocating both legs during frog pose, this was a terrific way to open up the hips and to soothe a few aches i had. Great video!

Fantastic class. First time doing yin. My hips have never felt so deeply stretched. Is it normal to feel a little achy coming out of the stretches? :)

I did this class yesterday and it was wonderful. I have been doing YinYoga for about 2 months its a wonderful addition to any Yoga.
So glad to have more classes finally added on here . Thank you

I have an on and off relationship with Yoga. I was practicing quite often before I started working full time. Now that the new year has arrived I felt that it would be a great opportunity to sharpen up my practice again. Thank you for the wonderful video!! Namaste.

My hips have become really tight with back and emotional struggles. I followed Sarah's suggestion to place one leg back and flat to ease pain. She said she would let me know when to swap. This didn't happen. To gain balance I had to put the class back. Very annoying when she had got me so relaxed! Great class apart from that. Loved the hamstring stretch! Want to try it again when hips are a little more at ease :)
