This is exactly what I needed after intense leg and hip exercise. The music, the pacing, the specificity of each movement facilitates a flow which maximizes the opening of your hips during this practice.

Thank you so much for this class. It's physical therapy, I'd say! It's the hardest yoga class I have ever done. Challenging, yes, and uncomfortable, but the hardest part is waiting through the 3 minutes. :-) This is the second time I've done it, and it didn't seem like an hour this time. Last time it seemed like an hour and a half! I didn't feel great right away, but I slept without sciatic or S-I joint pain, and have had marked improvement in a very necessary bodily function, to put it delicately. I really enjoy all the classes on DoYogaWithMe. I can't say this one is the most fun, but I will be doing it regularly!

I used to hate very slow styles of yoga but Sarah Jane Steele has reconciled me with Yin. This session in particular has become my favourite. I'm getting into the habit of alternating any of her yin practices with non-yoga hard workouts to minimise soreness and stiffness. Please more ! :)

This class is simultaneously challenging and comforting. Sarah Jane has a lovely style. I particularly appreciate her clear, calm guidance moving in and out of each asana so that I don't have to look at the screen.

I have had hip injuries and surgeries and I love how gentle and perfect pace the class was. I'm so glad on the deep ones you show how to get out without hurting yourself. Also, alignment for pigeon was great, I've never gone into it that way. Thank you so much

Great class for beginners and experienced yogis alike! Really allows for deep openings not only physically, but emotionally as well.
