One of my yoga instructors recommended Yin Yoga since my range of motion has been limited in the past year due to a hip fracture/surgery. Although this practice is quite difficult for me (and still need to make some modifications), I can tell after the class how much it has helped. Thank you so much Sarah. I know healing is occurring every time I come back to this class.

This practice was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for this. I always have issues with hip flexibility. I have been practicing for a couple years now and still can't sit cross legged on the floor, just a limitation that I have always had. This helped immensely. I will be back over and over again to see if we can make some progress.

Wow! Certainly felt that in my hips. Brought alot of things up to be looked at. Loved this, will have to do again to bring alignment into my hips as the right one is definitely storing stuff I don't need anymore. Thank you.
