Yin Yoga for Grounding
Take a break from moving and flowing to settle into stillness. In this practice, Nyk guides you through a full-body yin sequence that's designed to create a sense of groundedness in your body from your head to your toes. Note: You will need two blankets and two blocks for this class.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Oh, thank you so much, Nyk, for such a lovely class. I kept putting my practice off today, almost not doing it, but I ended up doing it by candlelight, and it was wonderful! I feel so much better!
So relaxing! My day was busy so I didn’t get to my yoga practice until evening. This was a perfect class at the end of my day. This was my first class with Nyk, and I plan to try other classes.
