Take a break from moving and flowing to settle into stillness. In this practice, Nyk guides you through a full-body yin sequence that's designed to create a sense of groundedness in your body from your head to your toes. Note: You will need two blankets and two blocks for this class.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

My favorite Nyk class so far, thank you! I was pleasantly surprised at how strong of a practice it was, with lots of options to sink deeper or step back a bit as needed. My only suggestion with this class and others would be to mention right/left sides. I'm often so in the moment that I don't remember which side I just did, so the "other side" or "other leg" isn't always helpful. (But, I suppose, that's something to work on in my yoga practice.)

Thanks so much I’m glad you liked. I normally do cue left and rights but that typically leaves lefties always practicing on their less favoured side.

Thank you Nyk. I love the long silences between poses. I feel very peaceful and relaxed now.

Never did this yoga style before. If it would have been part of my 21 day program I would never know what I miossed.
This was absolutely beautiful, especially after a crazy Friday. Stressed out - I know now where to go. Thanks for bringing other yoga to me as part of a program.
