Thank you so much, Satiya. After doing this class I felt my muscles and mind very relaxed and sweet.
However, I must say that I am rather flexible and I love stretching and, even so, I found some of the postures a bit challenging, specially at the beginning of the class, so I wouldn't qualify this class for "beginners", but "advanced beginners".

This class is such a gem. I have issues with my vestibular system, and a lot of vinyasa classes make me dizzy. This class brings much needed openness and mindfulness to my day. The hip openers are perfect and leave my spine feeling tall, strong, and straight. Thank you, Satiya
