Not really a Beginner I. And has more movement/repetition than I expected for a Yin. Well-presented, just not for me ever. :-) I also had concern about the comment that advised it was okay to be past your edge. That could lead to injury, I think.
I really like Satiya's practices. They are very peaceful but yet challenging.
