Unfourtunately I've tried this class multiple times and have had to stop it mid-way. A majority is spent in poses where you are bent at the waist, over your legs. I have found this motion to be unaccessible to me for years - despite having good mobility and flexibility in other poses. I am able to get into a semblance of the post with modifications but don't actuall feel any stretch.
Sadly this is not the yin practice for me.
I did this as a post-run sequence and it was very nice. Because I was pretty warmed up, I felt like I could really get into my hips and hamstrings. This was a great class!
P.S: Rachel, your leggings are adorable! Super cute!
I love how rachel scott teaches her yoga and explains it the best ever! Please share more rschel scott practices please!
