Great active hip stretches!! Really got to a couple of sore spots that I didn't quite realize were there. And Rachel had me giggling a few times throughout

Fast paced with lots of options for movements and poses. I’ve done this class a few times and enjoy how I notice differences each time. The hip openers felt awesome today but I struggled with the strap in titibhasana when last time it was a breeze. Always meeting my body where its at. Thanks Rachel!
