This is a more challenging class than Satiya's typical offering. It's grounded in a gentle, slow flow but features a few beginner to intermediate poses. She begins the moderately paced Yang to Yin practice with standing poses to get your body warmed up, then helps you work your way down to the floor where the postures become longer, the breath becomes deeper and you slowly begin to settle into stillness.

A wonderful shape filled stretchy practice. I find it difficult to straighten my leg with a yogi toe hold (my arms are shorter than my legs) for the standing and lying down pose. A strap helps. Maybe over time.....
Thank you Satiya for your calm guidance

Enlightening ways to get into some shapes, with attention and guidance. Excellent. Very very very good class for me.

I really enjoyed this. I love the pose where we take our outstretched legs to one side and then the other. This slow movement, for me, meant using my core to bring the legs back to centre. Your instruction is very clear and calming. I continue to struggle with one leg poses but I just used my wall for balance as I didn't want to interrupt the calm in this practice gave me.
