Wring it In, Wring it Out
Wring out the old and wring in the new in this class that is all about twists! Fiji will help you work up a sweat in this intermediate/advanced vinyasa flow that also incorporates a few fun arm balances.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 30 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Great class, and love the new hair Fiji! All those twists felt goood. I haven't been able to do side crow since breaking my collarbone last year but can do crow pose, hooray! Thank you for a great start to 2020 (doing this as Day 7 of New Year's 30 day challenge :-))
Wow! Such a beautiful class!! On day 7 of the New Years Challenge, I was looking forward to a new Fiji’s class, and this one is perfect.
Fire-y in spots (specifically my quads, ha!!) but I appreciate the opportunity to notice where my mind goes when sensations become intense. Nice overall wringing out of the body -thanks!
