Wonderful Wall Twists
This hatha yoga class works with the wall to help you better understand alignment within many well-known yoga poses, such as downward facing dog, revolved half moon and warrior two. Using the wall can be surprisingly transformative, and Rachel has a nice way of helping you experience it in your body as you move through a nicely-paced flow. The class ends with a few restorative poses at the wall and a well-deserved savasana.

I usually do intermediate and advanced, but it is always good to revisit the basics from time to time. This was a very relaxing and soothing practise as well.
I know I just committed and I am no spring chicken but I do yoga pretty much everyday and I would say too maybe this is an intermediate class
I know I've landed on a good class when I don't want it to end !!Thanks again Rachel you nailed it!
I did this class before work and just did it again I loved it !!!!!!

I agree this is not a 5 star it is a 6 star I loved the music . Please do another wall class
Peace
Thank you, Rachel! I tried it for my morning practice today and now feel energized and ready to start my day. I do believe that this should be tagged as intermediate due to the physical demand and the basic knowledge of sanskrit/pose names and alignment principles being required to follow the pace. Loved it!
