Wheel Pose: Open the Heart
Tracey teaches you how to open up the body into a gradual, deep backbend that you will need to access in the second class of this series, Wheel Pose: Full Posture, when you do full wheel pose (chakrasana), also called upward facing bow pose (urdva dhanurasana). She helps you release the spine, shoulders, hip flexors and legs while encouraging you to move through a fun, vigorous power yoga flow.

9/22/19 Returning to this one - a really nice flow with special attention paid to opening the hip flexors and chest. Perfectly paced, nicely flowing. All around great.
thank you so so much for this. all day i was feeling sluggish, premenstrual, low energy and unmotivated. after this class i feel revitalised, awake, alive and focused. thank you so soo much xxxxxx
I don't know if it's just me, but this class went from modest to INTENSE. Granted, I'd just done another class on Tittibasana immediately prior to it, but I'm thinking it's not just me. Lots of core work here, and I'll definitely revisit it. Thank you & Namaste from Ireland.
Ah I love Tracey. My body was feeling like crap after being abroad for a few days and this intermediate class sorted it right out. Cheers.
