Warrior Integration
Honor the strength, grace and balance within. This 60-minute vinyasa flow class with Tracey is an exploration and integration of all three warrior postures (warrior I, II and III), and provides modifications where necessary.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

For any students newer to Intermediate practice, don't be intimidated by the Intermediate II rating - the practice is very accessible and IMO closer to Intermediate I. Give it a try! :)
Appreciated the pacing of the class, which allowed me to deeply explore the alignment and subtle power of each warrior asana... but enough flow to keep my "monkey mind" engaged! ;) The perfect choice for my first hour-long class to rebuild my stamina after contracting COVID. Thanks Tracy!

This is one of my favorite classes. Maybe because I can do everything. Haha. But I love it from beginning to end. I turn 72 in a few weeks and am
humbly thankful that I can still practice yoga like this. Tracey is a great teacher and makes everything very clear. If she can come up with a Warrior 4 I’d sure jump on that class😀
