I'm an RN on a busy critical care unit on my feet for 12-16 hours/day. I try and do this class before bed most nights and I have found it really makes a difference - I'm able to let go of the stress of my day, stretch out my sore muscles, and spend 18 minutes doing something JUST for me! Thank you thank you.

Six months pregnant and still loving this practice! I've had restless legs and calf cramps during sleep since being pregnant, so this is a perfect stretch before bed. Adapted the twists to open twists and it doesn't get any better, for me that this. Thanks again Fiji <3
