This is a very nice mini-class, for very busy days, where you still need a little bit of yoga. Short and light enough, to do before work in the morning. Thank you, Fiji!
PS: I would have enjoyed a tiny bit more time in downward-facing dog in the beginning, to get rid of morning-stiffness. But you can always press pause ;-)

This class gets all the morning kinks out & gets my blood flowing! Great pace. Quick enough to squeeze in before work. Love this!

What a wonderful way to end my day...holding a chair to the floor can be so detrimental to our bodies...this was a wonderful way to feel alive again and to wake up my cramped and stiff muscles. Yay! A great little sweat-inducing, revitalizing workout to energize me through my evening and into a restful sleep. =)

Fiji packs lots of great work into this short class. Also some nice feet and hand openers at the end. Great for days you don't have an hour but want to feel a little challenged.
