This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

I found this relaxing but a little long. I found my shoulders very tight so a good class for me. I didn't like kneeling for so long. I think I would prefer a more varied session. Looking forward to tomorrow's class.

Hi, David!
I tend to suffer from daily headaches from always looking down studying (I'm a student). After this sequence was complete, I felt as though I had a brand new back! This is an amazing series that I intend to continue practicing. Thank you and namaste.

Wow David, wow. I had my first child 8 months ago and am starting up doing yoga again. I just want to say that this video is AMAZING and you fixed my aching shoulders! Lets be honest, a huge baby is hard on your back.

This helped me so much and by the end in the breathing session I was so calm that I actually fell asleep! It was wonderful!

So really, THANK YOU! Definitely doing this all the time now:)

This video is very aptly named! My shoulders got a very strong release as did my upper back. Thank you so much for this, I will return back to it the next time my shoulders are sore.
