This addressed the shoulder and neck tension I had and really helped me to slow down. I loved the reminder to be aware of sensations - relax, be aware and breathe into the tension. By the end, my shavasana was so deep and relaxing - Thank you!

thank you for a gentle entry into my first attempt at a program with DYWM. The continuous music is really helpful because sometimes my internet slows down and if there is no music, and I can't see the screen, I don't know that the video has paused, which is quite disruptive. Luckily it didn't happen today, but yes, I appreciate some level of constant sound for online yoga.

incredibly relaxing and great to feel my upper body so stretched. I adapted and sat on a block with legs out front or bent in a V shape as I couldn't sit on my knees.
