I haven’t done any yoga for a few weeks and this was a perfect reintroduction. Just enough of a challenge with a sweet brief stretch and rest.
This was just enough coming back from holidays and an illness. Felt so many good pops and cracks! Great cues and instructions from Fiji, as always.

lots of technical challenges with this series ie no sound, the video stopping ,overall it was hard to access , Bit disappointed to date but will keep going
Day 1: 30 minutes with Fiji, strength poses but not impossible at all. Day 2: 60 minute flow and balance work, great workout. I did it after an hour with weights, but just barely. Day 3: Figure Fours” with Julia Crouch - very challenging for balance but not impossible. Day 4: Newtonian forces, opposite and equal, with Ron Stewart. Challenging for its length. Day 5: Challenge for balance and transitions, lots of strengthening poses. Day 6: Short 20-min practice with Fiji with a great strength balance sequence. Day 7: Breakdown of Sun A with Tara. Excellent cuing. Day 8: Melissa Birnie does a great hour long class: extended stretch, then three rounds of “ladder flow” for stability and endurance that is the challenge I need, and then balancing poses. Should be in my regular rotation. Day 9: Twisting with Rachel - A flow with lots of twisting and some good instruction on crow pose and side crow. Day 10: Intermediate i Lots of lunges, triangles, building to ardha chandrasana - long challenging holds. Day 11: 35-minute class with Fiji, some of my favorite balancing and strength-building poses (half moon), but not vinyasa. This is the class I’ve been looking for! Relaxing even though challenging. Good for evening. Day 12: Quick review of Sun Salutation B. Day 13: Pranayama then vigorous core workout. Day 14: Slow Flow with Fiji - some challenging poses like Bird of Paradise.

I love that you do the new year challenges! I also love that all the classes are available throughout the challenge. Some days I have time to do a longer class while other days I can do a shorter class. It makes the challenge flexible and more doable. Thanks!
I just finished the final class - Fiji's Pure Potential. What a great way to end this challenge! Reminding us that we are pure potential. I loved the variety of classes, some of which have become my new favorites. Thank you so much! I love you all!
