We have been carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. In this second class in the Vulnerability series, inspired by Brené Brown’s Rising Strong process, we begin to rumble with the places in our bodies where we habitually store our tension. We give ourselves permission to release through honesty, stillness, and awareness that is offered through this yin yoga practice. Suitable for all levels including brand new yogis.

this class is more of a meditation its just so slow in between poses. not enough deep stretching for me

I love that you gave us time and space to be still and listen. The neck/shoulder stretches were so sweet too. It made me realize how often I try to push my stretching to feel better, and this time I relaxed more and let my body do what was needed.
