Inspired by Brené Brown’s Rising Strong process, in this third class in the Vulnerability series, we begin our revolution on our own terms. We cultivate the strength to stand firmly on our own two feet, to make use of props to support us, and to engage our core to revolve from the inside out. Suitable for experienced beginners wanting to deepen their practice, or intermediate yogis wanting to refine their technique.

Very different, I was a little anxious with the chair and didn't feel safe at first but with your gentle guidance all went well and I enjoyed it. Thank you Andrea!

Nice, seems more beginner than intermediate though. I found the chair pretty distracting too.

I thank you Andrea for this practice. It is exactly what I needed. Back injury and surgery left me with limited twisting and hip mobility. The addition of the chair and your excellent directions allowed me to complete this class. Thank you.
