Inspired by Brené Brown’s Rising Strong process, in this first class in the Vulnerability series, we begin to reckon with the transformations we have undergone these past years of the COVID pandemic. We move fluidly to elongate our side bodies, examine the areas where we stockpile our stories of tension, injury, and self-doubt, and begin to empower ourselves for the next chapter. This class is SO good. I am coming out of a long depression and the first time I did this class I reconnected with the joy I thought I had lost in my yoga practice. Returning to do the class again a few months later, I found it just as beautiful as it was that first time. This is a wonderful opening, calming, and strengthening practice. Thank you, Andrea!
