I've done this routine multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed it. It has become my go-to when I have a TM Joint flare-up. I was surprised at how much it helped. It is also great when I've spent too much time at my desk or just have a stiff neck. Josh's calm, cheerful, and encouraging instructions and demonstrations are infectious. The routine feels complete but I still feel a little surprised when it's over every time.

I'm glad you said some of us might not feel the tipping point for the head rotation because at first, I was like, "What tipping point?!?" I clearly have to work on relaxing my neck muscles! Thanks for another great class, Josh.
