Sweet and Spicy
This fun vinyasa flow practice with Crista has lots of juicy twists, side planks, and, of course, some delicious core work. Satisfy your appetite by working towards side crow pose (parsva bakasana) with one forearm down. No props required for this class.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 12 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

great practice... really needed it today after dealing with an injured parent and all the family dynamics that arise when people need to cooperate. I usually do not like singing at the end but this tune was so lovely and Crista's voice was amazing. So clear ... I too was curious as to the lyrics. Thank you! I just realized that there is music provided that I can listen to doing yoga practice..
