Sweet and Spicy
This fun vinyasa flow practice with Crista has lots of juicy twists, side planks, and, of course, some delicious core work. Satisfy your appetite by working towards side crow pose (parsva bakasana) with one forearm down. No props required for this class.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 12 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Very clever and dynamic class that guided me into a variation I have never tried. The savasana and sweet mantra at the end settled my body and tenderly soothed my mind. Truly lived up to the name of 'sweet and spicy'! ♡

was unable to do much due to shoulder injury. had a shoulder injection 10 days ago and this is the second class I've tried since. it is a great class for overall/core/shoulder strengthening without being too strenuous on any one joint. I bookmarked it and hope tomorrow does not reveal any symptoms that might suggest I over did it but so far, so great! I will come back to this class!
