In this invigorating vinyasa flow practice, Andrea guides you to refine the elements you need to take flight in the flying splits, also known as eka pada koundinyasana II. Build strong foundations in the hands, wrist, and core, expand flexibility in your inner thighs, stabilize your shoulders and make use of props to access this powerful hand balance.

I love this class and Andrea creative sequences. Please give us more of Andrea's classes.!!
also loved this class, was a workshop but moved along and really was able to get into positions and focus on legs, creative changes to standard and regular poses.
I absolutely loved this class! It was so exciting to be able to get into supported flying splits! I have been doing Andrea's classes that focus on compass pose and Hanuman and this was perfect after doing those. I I really enjoy the classes that build up to a pose. I also loved the chaturanga push ups! Love to see more classes from Andrea! Great presence and flow. Thanks!! :)
I think the flow is not enough to stretch and prepare yoyr body to the final pose. Even some normal sun salutations would help.my legs overall needed more work even when i know i can do the final pose. There is a lot of time lost duting the practice that coukd have been used for more preparation.
