In this invigorating vinyasa flow practice, Andrea guides you to refine the elements you need to take flight in the flying splits, also known as eka pada koundinyasana II. Build strong foundations in the hands, wrist, and core, expand flexibility in your inner thighs, stabilize your shoulders and make use of props to access this powerful hand balance.

Delightfully different and doable.
Delightfully different. After reading some of the comments, I was hesitant, but I let go of expectations and was rewarded with a creative and well rounded class. I have been practising yoga for almost 20 years and doing DYWM online for about a year. I consider myself a solid intermediate, which to me means Intermediate III will be challenging but doable, and Advanced means that I will be reaching to do some poses fully. This class brought me to a new place in my journey. I will be looking for more of Andrea's classes in the future.
lovely class. thank you!
I often enjoy Andrea's classes, but I felt that there was not enough movement before some deep opening in the ITB and hammies. Because of the pace of the class, any warmth generated was lost so that I felt continually too cold to do the postures throughout most the class! He instructions are excellent so I'm not pretending to know how to balance the instruction with more consistent movement but I will likely not be doing this one again. ....except in the middle of summer would be a good compromise 😆👍
