You will find that this class has fantastic hip openers, with lots of pigeons, as well as binds, and stretches for the hamstrings and quadriceps. Have fun with this energizing, creative flow!

What a beautiful flow! The peak pose is beyond me but the rest of the class feels almost effortless as the transitions are so smooth. Thank you for another wonderful class Crista!

Around the 30 min mark (about the first good Crista "mmmmmmm") I found myself deep in the pose without knowing how I got there. My body was utterly relaxed. A really fun set of sequences that I will need to return to again as this seanky grasshopper continues to allude me. Thank you Crista!!!
