I travel for my job and sometimes hotel rooms are tight. This is a great class for both an early morning wake-up as well as a small hotel room. Shorter, nice stretches and a little muscle work (especially the legs for me) and not too much horizontal/outward movement (so no banging into beds or desks). I will be coming back to this one. Thanks David.
