Tracey teaches from her heart, with a delivery that is fun and infectious. Considering how tough her classes are, this takes some serious talent. She engages her students with a big heart and a sparkle in her eye as she pushes you hard - to move through your blocks, push your boundaries and sweat!

This is such a wonderful class! Challenging yet steady and balanced!Tracey is a great teacher (if you haven't yet, check out her other classes!). Her notion of "visiting" poses has been very enlightening to me and is particularly encouraging on those days when I'm struggling to find my way onto the mat. This video is perfect for when I want to challenge myself but lack energy for a more vigorous practice.
And let me add a more general comment: I've been using this website for months now and I want to say to David and all the other teachers who share their skills and expertise here: Thank you so so very much!!!! I feel so grateful for all you do and the resources you provide. You turn the idea of practice for everyone, regardless of how much time, money, or experience they have, into the reality. Great work!
This was my first experience doing an advanced class and although it was challenging- I LOVED IT! The instructions were so perfectly clear and easy to follow, some of the poses were completely new to me so it made it interesting and Tracey is WONDERFUL- I especially loved how she ended the class with mindfulness and gratitude. It was everything I want in a yoga class and I definitely plan to continue doing this class so I can improve my skills and eventually flow (gracefully! ha) with Tracey from beginning to end. Love it. This is site is unreal. <3
Probably my favourite video and teacher on the entire site. From the flow itself down to the music, it's excellent. Thankyou, Namaste.
Thank you what an amazing class !
I loved the flow of the poses, and the originality of movement between asanas!
I feel rejuvenated, and calm :)
I am by no means an advanced yogi, but I have been practicing Fiji's classes for over 4 months now and do one practice of hers daily. I love the intensity of Fiji's classes and have gotten much stronger in my strength training from them, but a few weeks ago I wanted to try something else. I tried this class and although not as intense as Fiji's classes it was absolutely amazing. I keep coming back to it every week and look forward it to so much. Tracey provides outstanding instruction and her voice is so calming that my racing mind just quiets immediately. I am able to gracefully hold poses that I have not be able to do before (i.e. crow stand and full wheel). I finish this practice with a smile on my face, a bounce in my step and an overall feelings of happiness and calmness. Thank you Tracey! I am definitely hooked and will explore more of your sessions.
I have been doing this class for a while now, but I have just noticed that Tracey is winking at the end. What an amazing woman!
Best wishes, Marianna
When I saw that the difficulty was advanced I was a little bit frightened.
It is indeed, but Tracey helps you and guides you in an excellent way. She informs you of easier options during challenging poses and you end up feeling that you're working very hard and the only real difficulty is how long it is. I hope that with time I will be able to gain more strength.
I'm definitely bookmarking this.
I just wanted to thank you for your great work! The class is wonderful, both physically and mentally, and you are a very beautiful teacher, person and woman. I wish you all the best.
This class was perfect. What a wonderful teacher! I've always struggled with Crow pose and have never been able to do it properly which I've always found very frusterating, however today with the help of this class I was able to do it for the very first time. Thank you so much!
I keep coming back to this class again and again. Tracy has a wonderful teaching style. She combines the asanas with beautiful, spiritual teaching. I love all her classes but I especially love this one!
Loved the pace, the new asanas variation and the few challenges. Thank you !
My first class on here - absolutely loved it! Tracey has a lovely energy and the flow of the sequences was fantastic. Feel energised and ready to enjoy my Sunday afternoon! Thanks, Tracey.
Love and light - Namaste.
First advanced class! Struggled with smooth transition from knees on forearms to headstand. Tracey's classes and style is fantastic (Ok,she's hot as well)for all abilities. The studio looks amazing too. Namaste.
Hi,
I have one of the programs, going from Intermediate to Advanced. This video is the second one of the first week.
I have done most of these poses, but Tracy adds little, twists to some of them that just make them extra special.
Thanks to Tracy and DYWM.
I am not new to yoga but I am new to this website. This is the second full-length class that I have watched and done and I absolutely love it. Fantastic teaching. Excellent sequence. Beauty and grace.
After a series of falls out of headstand last year (none of which were physically painful), I had lost quite a bit of confidence in my body's intuition and balance when upside-down. This graceful, focused class centered me so that I could lift up almost without thinking about it. In fact, it was when I realized I was halfway up into headstand that I freaked out and fell in excitement! With the next headstand sequence, I made it all the way up before breaking focus and falling (my cat is silly and wants me to pet her while I'm busy. :D). Despite the fact that I still fell both times, the joyous and peaceful air of this class has renewed my confidence in my body's ability to do freestanding inversions. I could feel the balance, the rightness of my body. It was really cool.
lovely class with a wonderful collection of asanas in a mindful flow. Tracey's guidance is gentle and spirit-filled. thank you!
I have been trying for awhile, but I am still having difficulty "rolling over" my toes when transitioning from poses such as downward dog to chaturanga. Any advice?
I have the same. Advice is VERY welcome :)
Hi, there.
That's a great question.
When you are moving from Chaturanga to upward dog, you want to push your toes into the floor, which shifts your body forward and gives you the energy and momentum to lift the body into the backbend. So, in other words, push your body forward using your toes, then as you move into upward dog, allow the toes to 'roll' onto the toe nails. It's important her to control the movement with your toes though. As you transition, keep pressing the toes into the floor until the nails touch.
From upward facing dog to plank and downward facing dog, you want to press the toe nails into the floor to lift the heels, enabling you to safely tuck the toes once again for plank pose.
Essentially, keep the toes active.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Take care,
David

Ps. Apologies for the late reply!
Creative, very skillfully guided flow. I absolutely loved the music!!
Thank you, thank you for this class- it is so joyful and freeing- every time I do it, I have never felt better - more spacious, at ease, and wonderfully stretched out. It is my absolute favorite! :)
I've been doing fiji's classes which i love and tonight fancied a change. I love this one too. It's not as athletic but still tough with a greater focus on holding some really great stretches. My body feels great now even though i suffer from stiffness from running. I love the focus on back bends at the end. Thanks.
I love how every time I do yoga I learn something new! This video taught me a lot of new poses. Tracey also cued gently...truly enjoyed this video!
A beautiful, creative class. I really like Tracey's soothing voice and gentle guidance. Thanks for reminding me to smile and focus on inner joy...will definitely do this one many times in the future!
I love yoga instructors that are creative with poses. Tracy has some really great twists (ha! no pun intended) on some poses we are all familiar with. One variation in particular that was really neat is during the pigeon pose sequence. Enjoy!
What a great challenging yet gentle practice. You really managed to balance strength with lightness. Sometimes I don't get a chance to do yoga until the evening time and have been looking for something that challenges me yet doesn't overwork me and leave me too awake. That being said i'm sure this would be a great way to start my day as well. This is my new favorite bedtime practice. Namaste!
This class has a great pace with strengthening, twisting and balancing. I had one of the best savasanas at the conclusion. Excellent guidance re alignment and breath. Thank you very much for posting.
This was a heavenly class and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for sharing, I will be incorporating some elements into my own classes. Hope to see more from Tracey!

I feel so wonderful after this class!
Also I injoyed the variations.
Thank you and it would be appreciated to see and hear more from Tracy.
Tracey, I hope you put more videos on this site as I very much appreciated this flow! It really challenged me physically and mentally. I had to really stay focused on my intention and my practice, going gently to my edge but not any further. I cannot wait to do this practice again! Namaste!
I like your class very much, and also I liked the music, where can I find it?
