Thank you, Eddy! I regularly use DYWM practices and instructors as inspiration for the classes I teach. I tend to offer a lot of options in my classes because I have such a mixed level and sometimes I question whether I am offering too many options. To hear another instructor say "you might" and "maybe you do this...." so much in a class makes me feel not alone! After doing this amazing practice, I will keep offering my students all those varied options! :) THANK YOU for a practice that remains true to the inner practice of yoga. Thanks for modeling this to other teachers and giving this gift of "you are in control" to students.
