So I have dabbled but in all honesty am a total beginner- at first I was disappointed with the beginning stretches and almost switched to a harder class, but when it got into it I like many others who commented was glad I didn't. I feel loose and relaxed and energized all at the same time. Great stretches. Super stoked about the next one.

I wouldn't necessarily consider myself an absolute beginner to yoga, but this class was a great way to give my body a good morning stretch. I almost stopped the video to switch to a more challenging class because the stretches at the beginning seemed too simple, but I decided to finish it. As the class continued I discovered stretches I hadn't considered before, and I honestly felt like I benefited from the class. It's not your typical yoga class, but it's a great starting point to receive a great stretch that your body might not be used to.

This was a really great first stretch. I feel so much more relaxed and open. Can't wait till tomorrow's class.

It was really good, my joints sounded a bit like maracas which was nice and at the end I did feel really well stretched - but I wish this included a little more warm-up than it did for how deep the stretches were. I felt numb in my hands a couple times from the stretch and that usually tells me I did not get enough blood flow warming up. Otherwise this was very well done!
