A Stretch Class for Beginners I
This beginners yoga class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

After about 18 months of too much desk, computer, and lack of exercise, can a very limited range of neck motion be reversed, as long as there is no injury or spinal problem and no arthritis?
This is an awesome class! Some parts (wall stretch) were too difficult for my husband who has Alzheimers, but he did the seated stretches. The floor exercise was great but made me dizzy. I must not get much blood to my brain and it was in shock. It also broke me out in a sweat, interesting. I had no difficulty with any of the movements otherwise. Thanks so much for you wonderful video!
I have cold shoulders and these stretches are really very effective.
