Thank you Melissa for your gentle guidance. I fall into the inflexible athlete category. I've been too worried to go to a yoga class in town.....too many "gumby" ladies that can (and do) impossible poses. By doing these 30 days, I hope to at least be able to attend and not feel too pushed or too far behind! Thanks again for your kind and sympathetic guidance.
