Thanks Melissa, I love this class, it was one of the first DYWM I found on utube and I come back to it regularly. You always make me feel comfortable , I'm pretty stiff and inflexible though that is improving greatly with daily practice but your style feels very inclusive and comfortable. Thanks for all your work.
