This class is perfect for days when I just don't have the energy to do a more strenuous flow. I especially like it for mornings when I want to get some yoga in before work but don't want to break a sweat doing a more challenging class. I would consider this a beginner class, not intermediate but nonetheless I still enjoy it.

I have just started using this website, and I am new to yoga, in the last 2 weeks. I have done many beginner videos and this is the best one I have done yet. It was challenging for me, but within my ability. Will certainly be doing this one again.

I've been using this site for about a month, and am loving it; thank you, David for providing this for people like me who are disabled, and on low fixed incomes but depend on yoga to stay healthy mentally and physically. (This is my first time leaving a comment.) I didn't have time this morning for a full workout, but this class was perfect - a great way to start my day in just 30 minutes. I didn't feel like it was an intermediate class but, regardless, it will be my new go-to class for when I don't have time to break a sweat or do a full-length (over 60mins) workout but still need to renew energy & restore balanced!
