It takes courage to truly let our guard down, to release deeply held tension and patterns of meeting resistance. This practice with Fiji will flow through the ebb and flow of yin and yang energy. We will learn where and when to engage and how to fully release the body. To establish balance within, we need to bring balance to our practice.

Exactly what my body needed. I’m having some pain in my left body and I’ve been craving more yin type movements, but the yang energy of this kept me warm in a way that made the passive holds feel even more restorative. Thank you Fiji! I will return to this one.

I have been practicing with your classes for many years and this one is my favorite thus far! I tend toward taking more yang classes although I know I need more yin in my life. The principles of striking a balance makes this a powerful practice. Thank you!!

I thought this class was teh best of both worlds. Relaxing and strengthening. She's a great yoga teacher.
