Confession time. I get in deep ruts and go to my usual teachers and the classes I know and love. Recently I have been venturing out to other teachers and other types of classes. This class by Julia was a new one and the only time I have gone to Julia for a class. Very glad I did. Just what I needed today. Thanks.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and and have been incredibly nauseous and fatigued for about two weeks. This is my first practice since my mini-hiatus and it felt so good to be back on my mat with Julia’s straightforward and careful guidance. “Banana asana” is perfect for my growing belly and baby when some twists just don’t feel right. Thank you Julia for this yummy class!
