Glad on website later as missed due to being out at right time - we didn't get UK time until this came on. Can you give times for areas in advance please as a live class is lovely

Yes! I think the beginning of the class got cut out, I explained it then! The intention of our practice is to awaken dormant energy, and potention. To once again get things to flow, connect and ignite within us so that we can grow, change, and evolve. I think we are being invited to take a big leap in our evolution right now, all of humanity is feeling the growing pains, it is time to stir it up and take part in our own individual and collective evolution.
