Her unique style and attention to detail makes Shivani the perfect teacher for a class with this theme. She guides two students through a challenging, fun flow while returning to the concept of steadiness and ease, something that is very difficult to maintain in practice and in life.

One of the most wonderful and most frustrating things about yoga is how much variety there is in the practice and how difficult it is to describe a teacher's style. This video is categorized as "flow," but it is actually very slow and deliberate, with very few namaskars and a lot of alignment specificity. If you're expecting a Shiva Rea style vinyasa sequence, you'll be disappointed and maybe a little bored. I also wouldn't call this intermediate -- there's one challenging vasisthasana variation, but the rest is about getting specific in basic asanas. If you're looking primarily to sink and breathe into postures, you'll be pleased.
