Fantastic class for anytime, but particularly grateful to have this available when travelling for work. I hate to miss my yoga practice but often hotel rooms don't have enough room for my usual go-to classes. This was easy to do despite only having a small space between the bed and desk. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this teacher's delivery, cues, and energy. I use this as a gentle warm up for a vinyasa practice and it left me feeling open, soft, and focused. I can see myself using this as a stand alone practice to refresh + reset midday. Thanks, Guy!

This is another nice practice when you are short on time or / & space.
I liken it to a moving meditation. A good one to keep in your favorites.
