Slow Flow: Standing Room Only
Short on time and space? In this class, you’ll be moving your entire body, leaving you refreshed and centered in just a few minutes. We’ll begin with setting an intention, and then we'll move through joint warm-ups, upper body movements, lower body movements, balancing and a final integration - all while standing.

This is the second class I've done with this instructor and I really like him. He is very genuine and instructs well. I love the idea of having yoga when you only have standing room, thank you!
Wonderful short class!
This was great. I've been so tired but needed some form of yoga. I felt such a release of tension in my arms and a sense of peace.
Very enjoyable day 5 - thank you. I miss the chimes though.
