This class was great fun and offered a lot of variety. I've never tried the feet up the wall before and I loved it! I will definitely take inspiration from this class and build some of the things I have learned here into my personal practice. I also appreciated the contrast of the moments when we could pause and meditate. Thank you for this interesting and much-appreciated class.
Also my first time with this style of yoga and I love it ! You guide us throught a lot of poses and you offer perfect guidance and some alternative. Really enjoy it and I will do it again shortly for sure! I feel that this class is an intermediate class as well (just to follow somes comments below) ! Hope you will record other classes soon!
