Our ability to articulate our hips is in part dependent on our ability to release hip flexors. This class with Ron will start seated on a chair, where we can first feel a softening of the hips. Standing postures will further explore articulation and ease of working with the hips. Note: A chair or bolster is optional for this practice.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 6 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

What a nice surprise. I love your style Ron and I see you had some visitors floating by. This was a nice gentle practice for the housework I have planned for the day.

Thanks for this class, Ron. Your classes always make me feel FREE: free to play and explore, free to feel. Like a kid. And even clothes and complete silence feel like a burden. Sometimes I can't help bringing tightness into my classes, because I try to follow all the instructions and to do it all right. Your classes always remind me that the most important thing is to feel pleasure while I'm practising, and pleasure is the key word that I send to my brain to allow the magic of conenction happens. It's hard to explain this feeling, but if I had to summarize it, I'd simply say that I feel like a better person after your classes. And I guess that's quite something :)

Hi Ron... I did toss them! Perhaps I would have never tried to do yoga naked, just for the sake of it, but my experience of this class called for it, so I welcomed the sudden impulse and succumbed to it. And you know what? It made a lot of sense. My point here is that, whereas I approach many other classes willing to be lead, with yours I'm always willing to let myself go. I don't know what is is, but surely there is something in your lessons that awakens some greatly missed spontaneity.
